Unified Typing Center offers typing, documentation, and related administrative services including but not limited to:

• Family and domestic worker visa typing and processing
• Emirates ID applications and renewals
• Certified Arabic–English document translation
• Health insurance processing for visa applications
• Government form filling and document preparation
• Passport and travel document services
• CV preparation and general typing services

As a client of Unified Typing Center, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents required for your service request.
• Ensure all original documents submitted are genuine and legally valid.
• Inform us promptly of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your application.
• Collect your original documents and receive your completed files within a reasonable time frame.
• Pay all applicable service fees and government charges before or upon completion of services.

Unified Typing Center will not be held responsible for any rejection, delay, or error resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

All fees for our services are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED). Service charges are separate from government fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Service fees are payable upon completion of the requested work unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Government fees, authority charges, and third-party costs are passed to the client at actual cost with no hidden markup beyond our stated service fee.
• Quoted prices are subject to change without notice due to updates in government tariffs or authority policies.
• Refunds for service fees are not available once work has commenced, except in cases of proven error on our part.
• Government fees paid to authorities on behalf of the client are non-refundable under any circumstances.

We take every reasonable measure to ensure the accuracy of all documents we prepare. Our team performs thorough checks before any submission is made.

• If an error is found in a document that is directly caused by our team, we will correct it at no additional charge.
• Errors arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client are not the responsibility of Unified Typing Center.
• Clients are advised to review all documents carefully before giving final approval for submission.
• Any amendments required after submission due to authority requirements may incur additional processing fees.

Unified Typing Center prepares and submits documentation on behalf of clients. However, we have no control over decisions made by UAE government authorities, including:

• Approval or rejection of visa applications
• Processing timelines set by GDRFA, ICA, or other authorities
• Changes in government fees, policies, or requirements
• System outages or delays on government platforms

We are not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or additional costs arising from government authority decisions, delays, or policy changes beyond our control.

We understand that clients entrust us with sensitive personal and family information. We treat all client data with the highest level of confidentiality.

• Client personal information and documents are used solely for the purpose of completing the requested service.
• We do not sell, share, or disclose client information to third parties except where required by UAE law or necessary to complete your service (e.g., submission to government portals).
• Document copies are retained only as long as operationally necessary and are stored securely.
• Clients may request deletion of their stored data at any time by contacting us directly.
